Born out of a collective vision to make HR/People solutions truly accessible to businesses, workchapters is a full service provider that offers tech-enabled and people-powered HR and Employee Relations solutions for Australian businesses at all stages.

With a background in both Law and HR, our Founders have seen first-hand how hard it is for businesses to navigate these two ‘worlds’ day-to-day and know exactly where to start to find the best ‘fit’ people solutions. Some people matters simply require a HR solution, while others require some dedicated Employee Relations advice. And as there is a clear ‘marriage’ between the two disciplines, many people matters need both.

Our core focus is all things people and we are obsessed by providing you the best people solution for your business, whether that be a HR, Employee Relations or hybrid solution. We take away the ‘guess work’ and the additional time/administration as we have brought together HR and Employee Relations all under the one roof.
