The Grievance Handling Policy provides clear guidance and structure to businesses on how to deal with personal grievances raised by employees in the workplace in a prompt, efficient and timely manner. While the aim of the procedures outlined is to ensure consistency in the treatment of handling of personal grievances, it also allows for the flexibility to adapt the process depending on the nature of grievance in question.
This Policy only deals with grievances that are personal to the employee and does not apply to grievances related to reasonable performance management, discrimination, harassment or bullying.
